My stylist just moved here from an open concept salon. This salon is made up of mini suites that are well designed and beautifully decorated. Hillary is my stylist and I followed her here because she is awesome! Hillary always tries to accommodate me on my erratic schedule and she does a wonderful job with color and cut. If you want a caring, talented hair technician, ask for Hillary!

I have ridiculously long hair that is stubbornly wavy, almost to the point of full on curls. When Samantha Law straightened it to cut it, it was down to my calves. She did an amazing job! She was open to letting me help her work out some of the knots, which was awesome because, unless you handle almost 4′ long hair that’s naturally almost curly everyday, it can be a messy b***h when wet. The amount of respect that she showed for my hair was greatly appreciated. She did a fantastic job, everyone there was very friendly, and I have full confidence in returning to see her. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up! Fine holiday fun! (I’ll be disappointed if no one gets this movie reference lol).

Kendra, I could tell, was very talented and knowledgeable about difficult hair types. I should have made an appt with her instead of the girl I got. She was very sweet and friendly but very young in her career. She had to have another stylist help with my cut, which still wasn’t right but the girl who helped her was very busy with her own clients which i totally understand..I got scared that she was gonna really gouge it up if I let her continue chopping, and then after 2 washes my color completely fell out and my hair was almost orange and blonde instead of fuchsia and amethyst. Very disappointed. I contacted her after the “2 wash fallout” and sent her pics , she never offered to fix my hair. To me, 200$ is alot of money (to other average workers as well I assume) for a cut and color that was obviously done wrong. The fallout should have never happened. See pics below. I will book with Kendra from now on. The cut was supposed to be a stacked inverted bob and my color was supposed to be copper and amethyst … I liked the color she used anyway so I went with it. Now the color is all gone and I have orange hair.

I’ve only had my hair done here a handful of times and the last time I was in I was really disappointed. The pricing is significantly higher than I’ve ever paid and the results are just okay. The stylist I’ve gone to along with other hair stylists here double or even triple book appointments, making even short appointments take hours. I sat with toner in my hair for about an hour, waiting for my stylist to finish two other girls hair. The color turned out way darker than I wanted and was making my scalp burn by the time we rinsed. It was really disappointing to feel my time wasn’t respected.
