Tammi- you are just plain RUDE, For the last 4 years I have had 3 or 4 appointments rescheduled or cancelled by Amy- because she overlooked or overbooked someone- and have still come back as a customer and tipped very well- no matter what- I always tipped well..
BUT
my last appointment I made with Tammi- I was 10 minutes late- and without even enough respect on her part to ask me “why”
she BARKED at me to go and “pick out my nail color “and added “YOU are already 15 minutes late” I have known Tammi now for 2 years and deserved at LEAST enough respect for her to give me the benefit of the doubt- I am not a usually late customer and she knows me……it was ridiculous honestly…she then proceeded to basically give me the silent treatment throughout the appointment- maybe you are burnt out and need to move on now- because that does NOT make a customer feel good or want to come back- there was no experience getting my nails done- I felt like I was getting scolded by a grade school teacher.
Tammi- you are not that great and reality is- my nails only last 2 weeks for an S&S with tips….- and you still charge $65- PLUS I consistently give you a $20 tip= I will find someone else that is better company and honestly happier….I am sure they probably will treat me nicer-
and AMY- it honestly rude as a manager to think that each customer is automatically tipping your employees- It is not up to you when a customer is paying to ask about the tip- like it or not a tip should be individually based on the customers experience
Sorry- you lost a customer based on the way I was treated and lack of respect just in general
and one last thing- How about putting on some relaxing chill MUSIC whie getting your nails done at your salon”…..
