Davi Nails (Billings Heights) in Billings, MT

I have been coming to Davi Nails for quite some time now. I have never once had a bad experience and she is always willing to accommodate my schedule. But, the best part is that Tammy does such a good job with her acrylics that I’ve never broken a nail nor had them lift. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

I have been coming to davi nails for a little over 2 years. Tammy and her husband always make me feel amazing after I’m done. No matter what picture I bring in or how many colors I pick (5-10 almost everytime), Tammy is always patient and helpful to ensure I get exactly what I want. They look great and always last, even longer than they should sometimes.

I don’t like sharing a negative review. But shame on these guys for the quality of work they’re doing.. after contemplating getting my nails done and hearing good reviews about them, I made an appointment to get an acrylic French manicure. For anyone who has had their nails done before, when you leave the salon, your nails should not look like they have been grown out for a month, the second you leave the salon. There was NO attempt to even get the acrylic all the way to the cuticle. And when spending this amount of money, this should be done at least decently. The customer service was very nice however, after tipping a 50% tip, as I’m in the service industry, I’m not a person who enjoys criticizing someone to their face and I didn’t realize how bad they were until I walked away when I could actually really look at them. Should I go back and ask for a refund or ask for them to be redone? Absolutely! However, if this is the quality of nails, they’re going to do for a first time customer, there’s no use in even letting them know. They know exactly what they’re doing (which is make them further grown out so that the person has to come back way sooner to get them filled ) and instead of gaining a loyal customer, who would be back probably twice a month, they made it so there will never be a return customer and will never recommend to anyone either. So buyer beware if you go, ask ahead of time to ensure that they actually get the acrylic all the way to your cuticles, and not just in the middle of your nail. And no, it did not be up here to be her first day. In fact, it appeared that she is one of the owners..

Tammy is the one the that did my nails and she was so sweet and so good I love the way that my nails look just like the picture and even better love them so much would go again

Not the best place I’ve ever been to. Waited an additional 40 minutes for my appointment and my nails looked like they had already grown way out by time I walked out. The acrylic never fully reached my cuticle. However, they were very nice.
