Service is declining!

I’ve been coming to this salon every two weeks for over a year and was extremely pleased with the consistently good service. The nail techs are pleasant and professional and the salon is clean and comfortable.

The last two visits were unsatisfactory to the point where I had to have my nails redone a few days after my service.

Today, there was blood oozing from one of my fingers during service and the polishing technique left my nails looking and feeling bumpy.

I hope that the owner monitors the nail techs to ensure that a high quality of service is maintained because I really don’t want to go to another nail salon.

I used to love this place because it’s close to where I live and they give a free little massage after manicure service, BUT I DON RECOMMEND IT ANYMORE! I went today and somehow the main host and the woman who did my nail were all really rude. They look pissed and tired, which I could tell by how short she cut my little massage and how rushed she was doing my nail. She even cut my finger and it is now bleeding. I get it that it was almost the end of the day and they probably had a lot of customers already. BUT HEY, it is not my problem that you guys are tired. If anything, DO NOT VENTILATE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS

Unprofessional work but they owner was very nice. My nails looked and were shaped horribly. I kept trying to politely ask the lady to shape but she didn’t even try. I picked a neutral tan and a day later my nails turned orange… the polish was too old.

SHOUT OUT TO THIS NAIL SALON!
This is one of the best nail salons I have been to in all my days. Is it busy? Yes. And for good reason. So I recommend calling and making an appointment. Also, please bring in cash to tip the technician. This nail salon gets it right in terms of cleanliness, attention to detail, service, and, hell, vibe. I loved that I got to choose a scented soak and lotion for my pedicure. The extra heel cream was also clutch. As for my manicures, they have these moisturizing fingerless gloves they use while they paint your nails (I always do gel), so my hands come out super soft afterward. Unfortunately, we just moved away from Chicago, but if I’m ever back in town, I’ll see you at Cuticle Nail Salon!

Xiao Meow
This place is clean and has foot bathtub for pedicure customers. I did both pedi+medi. Both quick and professional.
