Was searching for a nail salon that does good work. Saw this salon had great reviews and great nail pics. Set an apt online for Saturday at noon. Received a text from automated system that they would let me know if the apt would work with their schedule. Didn’t hear back. After a couple hours, called, no answer, and left a voicemail. Decided to go at the selected time. I figured maybe they were busy and couldn’t answer the phone. Got there around11:55. Proceded to walk to the door and low and behold the door is locked. Went back to my car and called again. Someone answered and seemed confused as to me making an appointment. Before I could finish explaining I had an apt and the door was locked, I was hung up on. I thought about calling back but figured that is a red flag and I should just go somewhere else. I’m a stay at home mom and I have to seek child care to get my nails done. Really stinks because it looks like they do good work. Really hoping they don’t charge a cancelation fee or anything because I was there and they weren’t.
