Took my 14 year old son to get his hair cut, he told them he wanted 3 on bottom 4 on top, instead the gave him a 1 all around. The lady cutting his hair was buying jeans from a vendor instead of paying attention, and charged him $25. Not professional!

the multilevel callus and cuticle removal was top notch, lots of attention. Would have given 5 stars , but for getting a nick on one toe. Pedicure lasts and lasts and my feet feel fabulous. worth the money.

I walk in thinking I will get a good service , first of all my hair was already wet and they offer shampoo I said no thank you then she saw my hair and offer to cut it although I indicate I wanted to grow my hair and she dry flat iron my hair to do the haircut . Not sure we’re but I went to beauty school and I my learning experience you cut hair on wet hair not dry plus to do a one length haircut you need to ask the client to put their hair down for a perfect haircut . I let the girl that mention she just got here from Costa Rica that just mark me that she probably did not had a license to cut hair I couldn’t do anything just to let her finish the mess. At the end terrible haircut terrible service they charge me 35 plus 3 dollars extra since I was using my card . Which place charges extra since using your card ? Doubt they will refund my money but I will call the bank and report it . As well contact the cosmetology inspector since they have a piece of paper with pen the prices of their services what place is this ??? Not recommended at all

I have gone here a few times over the years because my husband and family have gone here. My dye was not even close to the color I wanted. They got the dye all over my clothes and blamed me. Another time I cut my hair there and had to go somewhere else after to fix it. Sad part is they knew I was unhappy but didn’t offer to fix it. But the last straw is when they wouldn’t let me use a $40 certificate in their name because I had to use it within 6 months. It doesn’t say it on the certificate. I guess the owner doesn’t realize it’s illegal and needs to state the experation date on it. I realize now it doesn’t take much intelligence to own a company. Not much of a loss since they are not good at what they do

Connie’s Nails has been my favorite place to go for the past 15 years. They are very very talented with hispanic and ethnic hair, women owned and very true to it’s hispanic origins. Connie is a true artist, she can create a whole painting on a nail if you give her the opportunity. This is not a basic salon, this is the kind of OG salon that can make nail and hair dreams come true. This is not a Blow Dry Bar nor an Aveda type place.
