It’s always hard to find a good nail tech and Pepper was great. It was an intimate session and she has a great personality. I liked that Pepper made festive suggestions for my nails, especially since I’m usually plain Jane (no offense to any Jane’s). The space is clean, organized and the music was nice. She took her time and cared about the health of my nails. She knowledgeable and recommend to anyone who enjoys the 1:1, personal attention.

I have been using By Pepper for years for a number of her services : massage, waxing, manicures, and pedicures. Her service is always top notch! She is professional and makes you feel comfortable in her work space. Her suite is incredibly clean and hygienic. She is located in Brandywine near Costco/Target, there is plenty of parking and there are many resturants in the same area (in case you want to treat yourself after your time with Pepper). I highly recommend her! She is skilled in everything she offers, but MAN her massages are LIFE CHANGING!!
**Update: I have been back to BY Pepper a few more times and I am consistently happy with all the services I recieved! But I am especially happy with my latest gel manicure! We decided to call this Million Dollar Nails!
