DO NOT GO HERE!!! Look at my pics and videos.. they were even washing their hair in the foot spa!! And using dish soap for the pedicures, I think🤯

If I could give negative stars, I would. I scheduled an APPOINTMENT weeks in advance for my trip for New years after confirming the design I wanted can be done. I waited over an 1 hour and a half after my appointment time at 8 a.m. called the person who scheduled the APPOINTMENT many times, until I finally received an answer saying she was on her way when it was quarter to 10 am. I had to leave at 11:30 am. So I knew this design wasn’t going to be done on time.

She “claimed” the person that was supposed to do my nails decided to call out for a trip. And that person was the ONLY 1 that knew how to do them. I had to stay unfortunately because it was NYE, and i couldn’t find anyone else to do my nails in such short notice.

During the process she kept putting my nails on crooked and I let her know before the acrylic was put on that they were crooked but she stated she would fix them by filing them..which didn’t make sense to me but I went with it regardless if she conduders someone’s funger crooked are not you can put them on a certainway to make it straight because I’ve been getting my nails done for ice 25 YEARS and never had a problem.. . As she was doing my nails, we saw a roach crawl on the table, and she squished it with her hands and continued to work on my nails without washing her hands! How nasty!!! A lot of unsanitary stateboard regulations overlooked here.. Now I was paranoid because I do not have roaches in my house and I’m not trying to bring any home.

11:30am. comes, and only the acrylic is on, and the nails are still crooked. I said I’d have to leave to pick up someone and, unfortunately, come back. I live close to an hour away!! So, coming back and forth is a waste of my gas and time after all of this. I came back at 4pmish and didn’t leave till 8 something. I’ll give it to her that she tried her best, and she even stated that she doesn’t know how to do the design, but everything is SLOPPY, MY CUTICLES are cut up, so my fingers hurt. The nail polish is all over the sides of my nail, and the design is not worth the $100 she charged me. At that point, I wanted to question her as to why that was the price after all I’ve been through and the quality of the nails.. but I wanted to LEAVE so bad that I paid it quietly and left..
I was VERY polite. I waited patiently, and I didn’t complain… a day later, the nail is coming off, the polish is chipping, and it’s just a mess. I confronted her about this, and she told me to come in to get it fixed. Now, why would I travel down there a 3rd time for this after all I was put through, and I wasn’t even in the state anymore to come down there… I explained to her I just wanted some of my money back not even a full REFUND after all of this and she refused to give a partial Refund unless I came down there and took off ALL THE NAILS!!! Are you serious???. After all I went through and she knows the nails didnt come out good, you should at least issue a partial refund, especially SINCE I WAS A VERY NICE CUSTOMER and the nails are coming OFF in 1 day.. i wasn’t going to write this review and just let it go even though i was unhappy and because she was nice at 1st but because THE NAIL IS COMING OFF AFTER 1 DAY AND SHE REFUSED TO PARTially refund me.. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Friendly and clean environment. The young lady who did my pedicure was very nice, gentle and honest so as the owner who did my full set. She made sure I liked everything she was doing with my nails

Love Love Love my nails experience with Bonitah Nails & Spa. Customer service was top tier. They always check to see if I was ok and wanted anything while I was there. The girl that did my nails took her time and they came out fire 🔥. I’m definitely coming back again. Thank you for a lovely experience.

I just randomly wanted to get my nails done, something simple, saw the salon was close by and went! The service was excellent, great staff as well if I could have given more than 5 stars I would, great atmosphere, close to public transportation and everything, will definitely be back!!
