I’ve been going here for now 4 years and I love this place they are always nice and loving the one that has been doing my nails is Andrew he is amazing if you ever need to get your nails done come here everyone is amazing but if you want something to be drawed on your nails ask for Andrew he does a fantastic job makes it all realistic!! He does really good at making designs!!

I wanted to try a new nail salon and booked with Blūm. First I was told my appointment was at 5pm, I was ten minutes away when I got a call saying my appointment at 5:30 had to be pushed back until 6pm. I agreed to wait as most salons would be closing and I wouldn’t be able to get in elsewhere. My daughter showed the nail tech the design she wanted, the shape was fine, but they did not use a base color over the acrylic so it looks cheap. Half way thru one hand they tell me for a design (simple French tip w/ stars) it would be an extra $25!! Spent $95 on a very basic nail set, not worth it!!! As far as mine, the shape and color was fine, but the acrylic over my natural nails is so thin that I’m going to need to have someone fix it to prevent any nails from breaking. Also, they are super sharp. Definitely not worth $65 + paying someone extra to fix them. Go somewhere else, their prices are outrageous and their work is not the best.

This Nail polish lifted after two days of getting a fill and polish.
I went in on Friday to ask for it to be removed. The older female nail tech insisted that it was just one nail. I pointed out that it was more than one nail. She yanked on hand ans I said can u please just remove the nail polish. Told me I had to make an appt. I took the appt and quickly left I was super embarrassed She sort of made a scene. I went down the road and got my nails corrected . I will not go back.

Very personable staff, however the work they do is not so great. My acrylic tips are very crooked and THICK. Also never got the manicure with my “full set” hut they charged me anyway for it. Didn’t even tidy up my cuticles. Not to mention while I was there, a scheduled appointment customer next to me waited over 45 minutes to be seen and no one ever did, so she walked out. Will definitely not be returning for the prices they have for quality!
