I’ve gone here numerous times. Never had an issue, really like going here. I love how I sit at a bar. However today was not a good experience. She was so rough with my nails and cuticles. I told her numerous times “ouch” “you got my skin” she just said… “oh it’s fine.” I’m bleeding in 4 different spots on my fingers. It will be awhile before going back.

I love Kim and her work, unfortunately her husband is always giving me a headache. They days I go they are never busy and he always denys me. I call days before for appointments and still he denys me. I’m unsure if it’s because I’m Hispanic but it will be the last time I go there. Not there nor to their Restaurant.

I spent years going to Bliss Nails when they had a different name in WDSM. They had great service for the price. However the price has gone up and customer service went down. Spent so much on a service without the company making it up to you when they don’t give you the color or length of nails you asked for and take 2 hours on a manicure. I’ve been a loyal customer for years but realized they just don’t appreciate that at all.

After hearing great things about Bliss, I stopped in to get a fresh set for fall. I love love LOVE my nails! I had never gone with this shape before but they turned out amazing and I left feeling so cute. You can tell everyone there takes pride in their work and wants your nails to look great, not just to get you in and out. I will definitely be back!

Poor customer service. I was cut twice with clippers. When it came to applying polish, they were stacking layers and layers of polish, without letting my polish to dry. This was meant to be my day to relax however they were arguing with me. I requested someone else to do my nails. I will not be back
