Beyond Nails & Spa

Not one to really leave reviews let alone a bad one but this was a little disappointing. I’m a blue collar women worker so pampering comes few in between then most. I had a little time in between appointments today so figured what the hell get a pedi. I have gone to beyond nails years ago and never had any issues before. Went with a classic pedicure and gel polish because of course it last longer and working hard on my feet was a no brainer, or so I thought. Well today experience wasn’t terrible but wasn’t great the lady never acknowledged me except to make sure it was my color and to be frank was kind of jerky with my feet which was anything but relaxing. But I’m not to picky so what ever just wanted to pretty toes and a cute color. I noticed the lady had an issue with the polish as she seemed annoyed, filing and layering on polish, more than the usual 2 coats. But again what ever figured she’s a professional so not going to nitpick. Once done walked away not asking or needing anything else or checking the toes to see if actually done. But didn’t think anything of it so gathered my things payed+tipped and went on with my day. Once getting home and showering noticing the hack job now on my toes. I’ve had small little imperfections before understanding polish needs time to set but SERIOUSLY! Now home rummaging to see if I have any polish to try and cover this because driving 45min back to have them redo it seems ridiculous.

On a more positive note the salon was clean other nail tech were polite and a big selection of color to pick from. Like I said I’ve gone to this salon before years ago and always had the best experience. So today visit was disappointing.

Great people, but horrible service. I’m very disappointed to say I spent $160.00 down the drain. I gave them a chance to correct the issue, but instead I walked out paying an extra $10 for uneven nails and an a decent size cut to my finger because the person doing my nails was too lazy to get some warm water to soften my cuticles when I had originally paid for a soak manicure with dip powder. Not a happy customer.

I have been getting my pedicures, and nails done at this shop for about a year, and have always been very polite to all the employees even when I was dissatisfied with my nails, which was most visits. Today when I went to get my old nails removed, and have new nails put on, I was told by Vickie that KC didn’t want to do my nails anymore because she feels “uncomfortable”. Vickie is very rude, and the skill level of this shop is sub-par. I wonder if they are all working off 1 license. I’ve always been polite, and I felt very offended, and believe that if you want to pay high prices for your nails to be done however they feel like doing them then you’re their perfect customer. If I could give this shop a negative star I would.

I’ve come a few times and a few people are nice. But today all the ladies were absolutely rude. Nina was nice but didn’t even ask me which pedicure I want, then rushed me through. Then I asked for a simple design for my full set just on my ring finger. The lady said all she can do is solid paint. She didn’t offer me anyone else who can do a design. Just you get what you get basically. I will not be back

Ginger took great care of my nails and nail art! She was pleasant and so easy to talk to. Really enjoyed her company!
