Today I had to wait 25 minutes to be attended since I had an appointment.
After waiting 20 minutes, I told the girl in charge that I couldn’t wait any longer because I have other appointments in other places, and she told me that since I had requested the same girl as always, I had to wait and that it was almost over with another client.
What I asked to have done today was to remove the shellac from my hands and feet, they told me to wait 10 minutes and I ended up waiting 25 minutes.
They apologized to me when they finished.
It is a shame that they do not respect the times of customers who have an appointment and if they cannot take care of my nails, or if it is going to take 25 minutes, it would be good for the client to be informed, so that they can choose if they want to wait that time or not.
If I’m giving 2 stars is because I don’t think the girl who always does my nails is not responsible for that.

And this info is not shown or disclose to you before the service. Second time this happened and I’m not going back.
Ive been there 4x and each time was a dif mysterious charge. This+last time for doing anything in nails longer than 0.5cm, last time was because the specific color I chose from the 10 euro board was 15 (no warning before, nothing) and the first time was because 1 of my nails was shorter than the rest by 0.1 and they alongated it instead of filing the others (all w/o asking, i might add).
I feel cheat on every time.
