My appointment was for 5:30PM. I had called in earlier that to set an appointment because she is typically very busy. I got there at 5:15PM, picked my color and waited. She sat me down and she started my nails. She said was I getting a pedicure and I told her yes I was as I had scheduled for that as well as my dip powder. She said she would start my nails first and then do my toes after. After taking off the dip powder. She immediately got up and told me that her boss needed her and for me to start my pedicure. Unbeknownst to me, she moved me out the way to sit down with another client and did her nails. I sat very quiet and said nothing. I was very upset but remained calm. I didn’t leave that nail shop until after 7:30PM. As much as I like her work, that was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She didn’t apologize. She actually got really rude after. Another nail tech was going to give me a warm/hot cloth to wipe my hands. She advised her not to and handed me a paper towel. Mind you, I always would get warm/go cloth as well as other clients.
These people pretend to be nice but talk about the clients while doing nails. I only went there because she was doing my nails for a bit. These people won’t ever get my money again.
