Had an absolute blast with a male friend who wanted a pedicure but was scared to go alone. We had so much fun, they were super nice and accommodating. Highly recommend the smoothing pedicure to help with scaly dry feet.

The decor is STUNNING, the staff is very skilled, flexible, and fun to talk to whether you’re with a friend or there alone. Prices are great (no extra cost for painting nails or adding an accent design), atmosphere is lovely, and they do it all: Mani/pedi, gels, acrylics, WATER MARBLING, you name it.

One of the best places in town to get your nails done, and the perfect place to take a friend or family member who is visiting from out of town.

I was traveling and ended up damaging three of my natural nails, I couldn’t take it any longer and really didn’t want to cut them all off so I asked my SIL and she said Bardstown Road Nail Salon was great. Called in Saturday morning and they were able to get me right in. Alison was the nail tech I got and she was so sweet. I had 3 damaged nails, was waiting to transition from square nails to rounded, and wanted light dip layers (sometimes dip just gets super heavy feeling with the normal three layers).
Alison helped me through the process, making sure I got the shape I was looking for, fixing my natural damaged nails, and making sure we got a good color coverage while not going to heavy.
In the future if I’m in Louisville Bardstown Road Nail Salon and Alison will be my go to!

I love this nail salon. It’s a hidden gem. Ask for one of the owners to do your nails. They’re sisters, and they do beautiful work. Highly recommend.

I decided to check out Bardstown road nails. I called Friday afternoon to schedule an appointment for Sunday, which happened to be mothers day. I asked for a 12pm (opening time on Sunday) appointment. I was the first person there. Others didn’t start showing up until closer to 1pm.

The service was phenomenal. It was my first time getting my nails done ( I know, how?) I got a pedicure, and a manicure with acrylics. The pedicure and the options you can choose from are beyond amazing. I felt so rested and at ease. Tammy did my acrylics, and she was fast, but the service was excellent.

They give you complementary water, and have parking in the front of the building as well as the back.
The shop is VERY clean, and smells amazing. They even have a hello kitty pediacure chair for children!

Everyone at Bardstown road nails were friendly, and professional. I can’t wait to go back, and try the gel nails.

id rather leave no review than a bad review but the price and the experience do not match up, the women who own the shop seem nice but are always in a rush, i got my two thumb nails fixed because two days after i got them done the gel started cracking, as you can see it is still cracking, they’re rough with your fingers as well, the drill passed over my nailbeds in a painful way, it’s been 7 days and my nails look like this.. will not be returning.
