Thrown out AV NAILS because the guy I asked to file my toenails even and when I asked to talk to Tom who I asked for anyway. He told me came back and told me I could leave. When I go talk to Ashley the owner she say she’s not the owner and I need to discuss that the guy back there. She says she’s not the owner! I have never been treated like that in a nail shop. When I asked if Tom was still going to do my nails, they didn’t respond. All because I was happy how he shaped my nails and ask for my corn to be cut down. And the people in there sitting waiting and saw how they treated me and never said a word. And believe it or not, I never raise my voice. I just put on my boots and left. I can take my hard earned money somewhere else.

I went today to get a full set and pedi. Jessica did my pedicure great but when it came to the polish on my toenails it was very streaky and clumpy. I had chosen a light pink color and it was very noticeable. I only asked nicely that she fix the mistake on my big toenail. She quickly got an attitude and refused me service. She blamed it on the fact of that’s how my toe nail is and I should’ve gotten acrylic. I’ve never had that issue before. She also said that I was too picky and she felt uncomfortable when I didn’t do anything but ask her in a very nice way to re-polish 2 nails. I asked the owner Ashley could she die my full set & she refused me service stating she doesn’t accept new clients for up to a year. The other man said that he was busy. That was very ugly how you all mistreated me and I wonder if I was “another color” would you have done me that way !!!

It was very unfortunate how I was treated today, because I really liked this nail salon. Walked into the salon at 4:17 wanting to get 2 relaxing pedicures was told that it could be an hour(they close at 6:30 based on the sign on the door) I said ok because my husband was still on the way. About a minute later the lady said they would not be able to service me today because they close at 5:30. Remember the sign on the door said they close at 6:30 which I already knew that’s why I try to get there as early as I can. I was really disappointed in how I was treated in terms of the lack of empathy for a customer that comes here all the time. I will not be returning to this salon as customer service is not of value or importance to them.
I will note despite the previous reviews I read I still wanted to give them a chance.

AV nails is definitely MY GO TO nail salon.. They have the best experience when it comes to satisfying their customers. They provide a very nice clean and cozy space to relax. Ashley does my nails, I just love her ❤️ I rate my overall experience a 10/10.

Absolutely loooove AV Nails! The owner, Ashley, is my favorite but I love them all. I’ve been going to Ashley for years and will always go to her. They’re all always super sweet, clean, fast and my nails are always flawless. Love them and will always support them!😊💜
