jin did an amazing job on my hair!! i came in with a few inspiration pictures and showed him the length i wanted and he cut it perfectly! he was so thorough with my hair, and when it was done, it looked perfect and almost exactly like the pictures i showed him! i will 100% be coming back and requesting jin for any future haircuts. thank you for the wonderful experience 🙂

I’ve lived in the U.S. for 13 years now and honestly this is probably the best haircut I’ve gotten. I have Asian hair so a lot of places I’ve been to doesn’t know how to treat the fine Asian hair. Shuping is amazing with her recommendation for my hairstyle. The chair for the hair wash is also a massage chair. I’m sad I don’t live in Syracuse, but glad that I have family here because she is the only one I trust with my hair. Aside from this place, I only get my haircut in Thailand.

I had a hair cut and Japanese straight perm. My hair dresser was Jin. I went here as they had good reviews on Google with Japanese Straight Perm procedure. I wish they would have told me that Jin does not know how to speak English. Jin was all by himself at the Salon and we had to call his supervisor/manager to translate what I was saying. If I knew this circumstances, I would have chosen somewehere else. I don’t like my haircut and some parts of my hair got burnt. I am afraid to use the google translate because it might tranlsate to something else and make my haircut worse. I wish they told me that he can’t speak English before I got my appointment. I travelled 2 hours for this place. For the money I paid including the tip $400+, I would have went somewhere else.
UPDATE: Shuping reached out to me and ask if she can do anything to help fix my hair. She returned my payment and was able to fix my hair as well. It is definitely way better now compared to my hair that was done by Jin. She is very kind and helpful. If you want hair treatments/procedures done, ask for Shuping. She keeps her hair salon clean as well.

I got my haircut a while back! It was a very nice place, like a totally different world that made you forget it’s in a grocery store. Very cool experience. I would definitely go again, the haircut I got was very nice. It is very, very big plus that there is a grocery store below, you can get your haircut and groceries at the same visit! 2 birds with one stone haha
