I was able to get a last minute appointment in. Staff was friendly. Nail tech was rough when filing off my original gel top coat. She was even rougher when scraping of the luminary gel (hard gel, NOT dip) off my nails. The cuticle removal was also uncomfortable and I was left with hang nails along the sides of my nails. The end result was very bulky and lumpy. I could tell there was going lifting sooner rather than later. I ended up taking them off at home the next day. Artisan has the equipment but the technique could be better. My nail tech gave me a lovely massage afterwards. Ended up paying 25$ total. I believe the student discount was applied, otherwise a gel mani should be 45$.

Had to get my nails done while visiting Omaha cuz many of them were lifting. This place had good reviews so tried it – got cats eye for the first time. Ok but left with globs on a couple fingers, a nail thats uneven, & blood with painful fingertip from them ripping off my old nails.wouldnt come back.

everyone was so kind and patient even though they were working after closing time. my nails turned out just how i wanted them to be and i couldn’t be happier!!! great great salon. price was a bit unexpected but fair.

I had a very terrible experience here. I got a Dip manicure and by the next morning, the top coat on many nails was peeling and chipping. I’ve never had this happen to me on a Dip. I went in to ask for a refund 2 days later. They did not apologize but offered to fix it. I did not want them fixed with how poorly done they were so I asked for a full refund. The man I spoke to was very rude and proceeded to tell me that I went out and partied and ruined them myself. He then walked away and went into the back of the store and I was completely ignored by the others working.

This place is excellent!! My friend and I went in for the works and got just that! I absolutely LOVE the way my nails turned out and the picture is after having them a while so a few diamonds are missing but STILL!! Beautiful work and nice as well. Will be coming back for sure!
