I had an appointment for a pedicure, while i was there i asked if they had time for a mani as well. They told me yes, one of the ladies no show so we can fit you in. As soon the lady starts working on my nails the person with the appt showed up late…

Andy told the lady to hurry up because the lady showed and the lady started rushing and CUT ME. I was bleeding so much that the lady didn’t even clean up the blood and started continuing working on the nails. She wasn’t even working on them properly, she was taping the nails with the tools as she “working on them” – my nails are so horrible, i have never had a bad experience like this

I had an appointment with them an had to do a walk in they never added the money I put down for the deposit to my services so I ended up over paying $20 when I called to tell them because it slipped my mind they told me I had to remind them. And my nails cost $80 I will never go to them again. Definitely not worth $80

The Receptionist Is very rude then you paid $20 for appointment your appointment at 10:45 but they don’t even start on you until 1130. Yeah I’ve been going to Andy since I moved up here this will be the last time for me and my daughter.

Another AMAZING experience. To begin with, i called ahead (about a week to 2 weeks ahead) to make an appointment for myself and my 5 bridesmaids, they did extremely well with handling that. When i arrived the day of, one of my bridesmaids ended up getting something different, they handled that,again, really well!! When i started getting my nails done, I had zero clue what I wanted and i needed my nails done for my wedding. So I showed the lady who did my nails what things I liked and she immediately knew what to do. I actually had to ask her what we were doing because she just ran with it. I’m glad I did because she did amazing. I am so happy and in love with my nails.
