Customer Says:
After using Aerbar nail salon for 6 months, I’ve decided to update my review due to growing frustration. I usually get Aprex Gel-X Extensions for $120 plus a $25 tip, but later switched to Dip Extensions for $85 and a 20% tip, expecting them to last 3 weeks.
Unfortunately, the nails don’t last as promised. Initially, they were willing to fix any issues, but that changed after just one visit. They shortened the time for fixes to 2 weeks when they realized I was particular.
Recently, I went back within 2 weeks and they asked for an extra $40 to fix the nails. I didn’t want to argue, so I offered to leave. Eventually, they agreed to fix them. They often blame my short nailbed, oily nails, and cooking for the issues, which feels like shaming.
I’ve been doing Dip + extension since 2016, and it worked well even when I did it myself at home. It’s frustrating that Aerbar can’t make them last, despite my consistent routine.
Old Review –
I booked nail extensions and art, and I am beyond satisfied. My design (done by Lauren) looks better than the photo. They take the time to do it right. I will be coming back again and again.
When she said that we’re done, I looked down my nail and see the rough edges everywhere. I kindly asked her if she could buff again for me – she did, but could not put in lesser effort, and still buff like she hates me.
I give up, I’ll just try to do the removal at home, and never coming back again.
There are some great manicurists here, Bebe always surprise me. Just choose the manicurist with caution.
