Taylor was my hairstylist and I went in and asked for my roots to be touched up to match my blonde. With some caramel spread throughout. She did a root tap with ought me knowing what that was and turned my hair gray and I said that is the opposite of what I wanted so she fixed it with toner and turned it pink I was there for 8 hours and she said the pink would wash out after over a week the pink did not wash out so I went back and she did agree to fix it for free so I was thankful, I again left with something I didn’t ask for and got to go home with the whole top of my hair FRIED OFF and bad so much brakege. So I payed $120 for my hair to be damaged

Loraine Leslie is an amazing cosmetologist and has excellent people/customer service skills. She has been taking care of all my hair and nail needs for years. She recently setup a girls night out for me at the salon, we all had a wonderful time. She also cuts my toddlers hair. She is great with kids and offers to let them watch a kids show. The salon has an impressive nail color and stamp collection, although my favorite nail designs have always been done freehand by Loraine. Loraine is also certified specialist in hair and eyelash extensions.
