I have been seeing Kim and her staff since 2007. She is amazing and so kind! I have read other negative reviews and have to say I have NEVER seen her or her staff be rude. What I have seen are people walk in unscheduled and demanding attention and then be on their phones while she is trying to do her job. People let their kids run around and be rude while she is running a business. She is a very busy woman and does her very best to see clients as quickly as possible. If you clearly communicate your needs, she always does her best to accommodate you if she can. If you don’t make an appointment, be prepared to possibly wait. I highly recommend her as a nail tech and she is great at eyebrows!!!

I always come here and have a good experience. They have 0 class of art when it comes to design. And when they are busy do not stop just schedule a different times because she rushes and have no since of care . When I complained before I left (quietly& privately as possible) and showed her it. She just looked at it clearly terrible and said she had to do it not to hurt. What does glue all over my fingers and a paint job has to do with not hurting me. I am highly upset as I an still here waiting for my ride terrible customer service when busy.
