POLICE report has been filled against A+ Nails!

Warning: this nail salon profiles people and changes prices as they wish!!

I had been a known regular there for about 6 months! I greeted almost everyone there by their name. I brought my mother, sisters, grandma, and cousin there. How do they thank me? Let me tell you….

I made an appointment on Monday night for 2 gel fills for my younger sister and I. They disregarded my appointment. I waited 15 minutes after they started my sister’s nails before I left. I gave my sister my credit card and I went to wait in the car. Later when she gave me my card back I asked her how much it was. She goes $80 (not including tip)

By the time she was done, they were closed so I went back in the morning. Thinking they could do my nails for free since they charged so much for my sisters. After I explained everything to some young girl because the owners were out of town.

She said it’s $50 for a fill plus $10 for French and then she charged $15 for a cut down. I said she didn’t get her nails cut she goes oh then $15 for extra long nails. I said WHAT?! That equals $75!!! They just kept changing their story and didn’t care. That’s when I got pissed!

This business runs on profiling people. This isn’t the first time they over charged me either! They said they would give me $10 back. I said keep your $10 bucks. I left and filled a report with the police and will be taking this to furthest extent of the law. You actually don’t get to have a business where you change the prices!

They have a large amount of nail techs. I stick to the same nail Techs. Love their work! Their front desk employees show good customer service….Honestly speaking with most of these nail shops I find (including this shop)they always speak their native language often while you are getting your service. Some occasions you wonder if they are speaking negatively about me or their customers. But I Would recommend.

Casey Is absolutely great!!! I have been going to Posh nails in wilmington for a long ti’m and They told me they did not have time to do this nail design Of twitty bird and that nobody could do it. I came to A+ Nails and Casey said she would try it and she did awesome!!! I will now make a plus nails my place to go. I would never recommend posh nails as they rush everybody that gets in there. They do a poor job and they want you to go to whoever they want you to go to. Casey is awesome go see her at A+ plus nails!!!!

Nails are beautiful but the upcharge to only add polish for your toe nails is too much so I suggest you go ahead and get a pedicure, at least you will feel like you got your money worth. They need to have prices posted!!

Got a fill in 2 days ago paid $55 and this is how my nails are looking, just terrible that gel color sucks it’s peeling right off. Im very disappointed since last time I got a fill in here they did a great job and my nails lasted. Plus I asked for square nails, I stressed on it since she kept filling the edges and making them rounded
