Dipped nails and tips!! I love getting my nails done here, the ladies are so talented.

Customer service is nice.

They stay up to date with all the nail trends. Great price and quality. My nails last 3.5 weeks.

Cost for full set with tips and design varies but I’ve always been pleased with everything I get. Ranges from $60-$100, depending on what I get done.
The quality matters because that determines how long they will stay on, which helps me value what I spent.

I like their products there. Many brands of dips and gels to choose from:
Kiara Sky, OPI, Nu Revolution, Gelish, etc…

I don’t know any other shop in the metro with this many options.

Pedicure spa is good. I like the Volcanic Spa brand they use. Soooo many to choose from.

Ladies that work here are of all backgrounds and accept all. I like that about them. They are very welcoming.

The shop has so many plants and is very open spaced.

I highly recommend Nail Lounge and their skill experience in the industry. There is no one else like these ladies.

Everyone is welcoming at be this place, however some uncomfortable comments from the owner about her boyfriend, the owner making statements along the lines of not loving him and just want his money when he passed. This is when I went for a pedicure service 2 months ago which was great and thorough. I noticed other clients getting a mani pedi seemed to be confused on why the nail techs were being switched around under the owners orders. Going back to the owner’s conversation, it was very unprofessional and unpleasant, and I hope this is not true. There’s also no license to display for the technicians but I assume they would present them upon request. There were some moments when there was an unbearable sewer smell too whenever they drained the pedicure water. I decided to give it a second chance recently because I really enjoyed my pedicure itself, however the smell of the drain is horrible.

First time at this nail salon, got my nails dipped and my toes painted with gel, it was more than I thought I would spend. But I am happy with the results. Sonja was very pleasant, offered me a beverage as soon as I got there, and made sure I was comfortable. I loved the sugar scrub when she did my pedicure.

Jessica did such a great job and everyone in the salon was so friendly and helpful. As a person with ms and mobility issues it is really hard to be comfortable and all the ladies were so helpful and kind.
The pedicure was the best I’ve had in. A few years.
