Went for the first time today. I went at five and it was very dead, probably because of the weather. I showed them what I was wanting more or less. I added the photo of what kind of style I wanted. I asked for almond shape, acrylic set. I got just that as well with gel polish. The cost was $60 for what you see. The person who did it was a guy named Thang. He did a great job and you could tell he really pays attention to detail. When he wasn’t happy with how one nail looked, he was not afraid to start it over to make sure it looked nice. Along the process, he would ask if it was to my liking. The reason I give it 4 stars is because I didn’t find the establishment very friendly. They weren’t rude per se but definitely lacked that friendliness that i typically experience. Not a how you doing or how your day in sight. But overall, not super unexpected at a nail salon like this. No waxing services unfortunately (I asked the nail tech and he said no) but I will definitely be going again to get my nails done regularly here. I was happy with the quality and how they came out. Just wish they reciprocated small talk back 🤣🤣🤣 i get not everyone is talkative but maybe play better music to your customer or have a TV playing to help not feel so awkward with the nail tech 🤣

I called at 2:44 asking if they had time for a full set, they said to come in at 3:15, the whole place was busy. She started on my nails at 3:55 and didn’t finish until 4:50. She was doing other things the whole time i was there including another set of nails. It was clear that the goal was to make as much money as possible, not the quality of their service. I’m so disappointed in how they turned out, i get home and my polish is peeling not even 20 mins later.

I have definitely found my new salon. They did an amazing job on my nails and was fast and efficient. They did a painless job, I didn’t feel judged there at all and the environment was very upbeat and friendly. I will definitely be going back!!!
