Very terrible! Would definitely avoid this business at all cost. Not only was the service subpar, but they also left globs on my nieces nails, and the wait time was an excruciating two hours. It was a frustrating experience, and I left the shop unsatisfied with both the result and the overall service. To make matters worse, when I expressed my dissatisfaction, the owner insisted that the only solution was to take off the nails for a return. This was an inconvenience and added to the overall unpleasant experience. Not the customer service I expected. Adding to the frustration, since it was gel nail polish, the removal process would have taken an additional thirty minutes. The inconvenience and time investment for a resolution further compounded the disappointing visit to this nail shop. The nail shop staff also seemed unclear about the pricing, spending an unnecessary 20 minutes trying to figure out the charges. It was perplexing, especially considering that the pricing menu was visibly displayed and wouldn’t warrant additional costs. The lack of transparency and inefficiency in handling basic matters contributed to the disappointing experience.

My husband and I are visiting Las Vegas and stopped in for pedicures here and had a good experience. The people working there were helpful and friendly. They did very thorough and good jobs on our pedicures. The prices are good. It’s not as fancy as other nail salons I’ve been to, but they did as good of a job for the fraction of the price of the fancier nail salons.

Worst nail shop ever,
I told the lady I wanted my eyebrows cleaned up and she really cleaned them off.
I told her about it and she told me they were already like that? You clearly could see that she had just taken hair off. My nails were horribly done. Really think and this is an acrylic overlay.
I will never go back.

Nails are already lifting after 2 days. There’s acrylic all over the cuticle area and on the skin. You can see where he didn’t get all the white acrylic off before putting on the pink acrylic. Gave me the most expensive full set without even asking. The tips were also uneven. Spent waaaay too much on nails that aren’t going to last me a week.
