I saw good reviews & thought I’d check it out. I had never had a pedicure. I really enjoyed that. It was very relaxing & my feet look & feel great. However, right after I got done being pampered and relaxed, I was quickly taken out of that mood. The woman who did my full set was very rough. I told her I wanted short claws. I told her I wanted them as short as she could make them with the shape I wanted. I then showed her a picture of the shape. My nails are filed uneven & much longer than than the pic I showed her. They also kept trying to get me to spend more money than I wanted to, which was extremely annoying. Asking me repeatedly if I wanted more expensive options (without specifying they cost more) after I insisted I just wanted what I asked for. Probably will find somewhere else to go, especially for a full set.

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon to 1 staff member… said she would check if they were accepting other customers (website says they are open until 8) this was 3:30. I sat down and was ignored for 10min, so I took that as they didn’t want anymore customers 😕
I would have understood if they said they were short staffed and couldn’t take another client… fine I get it… but to say you will check, clearly not check and leave me sitting ignored is just poor customer service.

My mom has been coming here for pedicures regularly for several months. I called to book appointments for myself, mom, and daughter. I forgot to call back to confirm the appointments, and when we still showed up they still worked us in for our appointments. They were pleasant and gave us quality pedicures. I would definitely recommend and come back again!

Okay. They’re not for the younger crowd for sure. Old polishes. The gal I had do my nails refused to shape them as I liked, instead insisted what looked better on my hands. I’ve been here a few times and have had a few issues with customer service. My new nail tech couldn’t believe it’d only been a week between for my fill. They don’t push the acrylic to the cuticle. So after a week you’ll need a fill.

While at my daughter’s home for a few days, I took a chance to try this little shop nearby. I was SO surprised by the cleanly atmosphere! Every client who came in was greeted, sometimes by name. I got first class treatment by first class professionals. The girls were gentle and took their time. The shop had no odor whatsoever and was spic and span everywhere. It was like being home! Relaxing and cheer, but not fake. I will be back and telling others too. THANKS GIRLS!!
