Sapphire Nail Salon Chicago, IL

I went in for a pedicure and got treated like a king. The chairs massage you and I drifted off whilst the feet were cleaned ,cut, and refreshed .
I have to say ,five stars

I walked in and I was seen to in less than 5 minutes and got treated for at least an hour.

Well worth it if you’re in the area.

Excellent spa..quiet and relaxing. I get a regular manicure and pedicure and the polish stays on for weeks. Quality and great prices. It’s a must go to spa. The nail techs are so warm and friendly.

Love sapphire and have always had a great experience with my gel manicures! I appreciate their attention to detail with filing and color application 🙂

I want to like this place, I really do, but I I’ve given them four chances and they’ve dropped the ball every time. First time here my friend booked an appointment for both of us. When we got there (fifteen minutes early) the lady said she had no record of our reservation. Weird, but we had nothing going on so we waited and did a “walk-in” appointment.

The dip nails I got were chunky and uneven, but I was happy they could fit us in so I ignored it.

Fast forward to today, again my friend booked us two appointments for gel manicure and a regular pedicure for me. My friend had a cancellation in her schedule so I called and asked if we could bump up from our 6:30 appointment to 5:30. I was told they could not, they were fully booked. No worries. So I showed up at 6:15 and was seated with another girl in the waiting area. She had mentioned that she had a 6pm appointment and had been waiting for a half hour, how much longer? They also incorrectly booked her appointment as she was there for a polish change. She was finally taken back. There appeared to be only two or three employees in the whole place and maybe 12 customers. 6:30 rolls around, nothing. 6:45? Nothing 6:50? Nothing. I finally had to leave as I had a dinner reservation and supposedly the salon closes at 8pm?

Between one lost appointment and three late (really late) wait times I will most likely not be coming back. This is the first time I have not waited however long to be seen. Not too bad of a place if you have all day to hang out but certainly buyer beware if you have things to do, as their appointment system is very flawed and their work is subpar.

Sapphire Nail Salon provides a great atmosphere to relax & enjoy getting pampered. Their music & videos add to the super chill vibe. I love how clean & colorful the place is!

The staff are the nicest people who take pride in their work & it shows. I’ve been coming here for years & I’ve never been unhappy with a nail service.
