I drive semi truck. All 48 states. I’m rarely in the same place twice.
I was really excited to see this place right next door to the truck stop I’m staying at till my delivery.

Run away. Find somewhere else.

I had a beautiful set with colored acrylic and rhinestones but my nails were too long, and they were almost 4 weeks out, so looked sloppy. I went in for a fill.

First off the color I wanted only goes over clear nails. Ok. Then just a pink & white French please.

I was told in a less than pleasant manner to never do colored acrylic if I’m going to shop hop. Not once, but 4 times.

So sorry, i had a special event and they matched my dress perfectly.

I have never seen such a miniscule amount of acrylic used for a “fill.” And I have never had my fingers & cuticles filed more than my actual nail.
The gel polish is sloppy, bubbly and I have it all over my fingers. Literally.
Add into it my nails are too short, uneven, CROOKED and thick or thin.

I would not recommend this place at all.

Unless you are one of their established older lady dip client.

So sorry I wasted $55 on these.

Kim is a wonderful nail artist. I noticed that since switching to dip versus gel, my nails hold on better.

The whole experience felt rushed. She barely did any work on my cuticles. Spent less than 30 seconds with the pumice stone on each foot with no pressure.
The massage was more like a gentle stroking than an actual massage (no pressure) and only lasted maybe a minute or two.

And the paint job is not great (mostly due to the cuticles being half done)

When I pay $45 for a pedicure I expect just a little more effort and a cleaner looking outcome.

There is a reason that this place has so many negative reviews. There are sooo many other places in Boise that are far better. I went here today for the first time in years to give it another try, since my nail tech elsewhere is out of town, and the atmosphere was dark and the workers blatantly unfriendly. The woman who did my gel nails was very pushy and rude and quite frankly, I’m so thankful I never have to go back. Go to Luxe Nails on Boise Avenue instead! Better prices and much kinder people and a brighter atmosphere. Don’t go to this place if you can help it.

I came in to get my nails shorten for surgery I would be having soon. I have been here many times in the past. When I finally was helped I sat down at the lady who has the first station on the left (who has done my nails before) who said “Oh my God” when she looked at my nails”. I said what and she said what you want. I told her I needed them shorten. When she started filling my nails I told her “ I had my nails done here before so she just dissed her own fellow staff members” She began to be a little nicer. She filled my nails down put oil on my nails and said “You go wash” so I did. When I got back to the chair she said “$10 dollar’ I looked at her and said that’s it. She said yea you want shorten so $10 dolla please. I paid her and went to the lady who did my nails prior and told her what happen. I asked how could I get her next time. She then began talking to her colleges in the language, a couple of others started laughing…seriously they were laughing. I said never mind I’ll find a new nail salon!
Please think twice before going here to get your nails done. They lady who shorten my nails today i gave a $20 tip previously when she did my nails before. This place really really sucks bad!!!
