Okay I never leave reviews but have been meaning to. I got a pedicure from Emily Nienaber on July 14th before I went to Europe. Today is September 17th – and my toes still look like this!!! I know pedicures last longer but I have never had gel polish stay on my toes this long without some chipping or at least my pinky toe completely pealing off. I legit still have people commenting to me, “Oh you got a pedicure, it looks good!” And me having to reply, “Actually this is two months old!” I have legit recommended so many people to go to her for a pedicure. I have not been back (because obviously I don’t need to yet lol) but probably won’t until next Spring. I like to give my toes a break in Winter. But I absolutely won’t be going anywhere else. I have really struggled to find a great pedicure in Billings and this is it!

The nail Tech that I have been using, Serena Nulf, makes me wait at her desk, when I arrive so she can go outside and smoke a cigarette. The whole time she is doing my nails, she is on her phone. She has changed my apt. 8 times in the past year to suit her personal needs. I won’t be going back.

I absolutely LOVE Polished! The space is so refreshing compared to other salons in town! I have seen multiple girls here and they are all so amazing at what they do! The service always exceeds my expectations!!! I recommend this salon to everyone.
