If you don’t want your nails to be completely destroyed then AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. My bestfriend and I entered this place of business on March 1st 2023 in hopes of getting two sets of acrylics and i really wish we didn’t. The nails were uneven, crooked, and bumpy despite their ‘10 year experience’. One painted on flower was a COMPLETELY a different size than the other and the gems on my set fell off almost IMMEDIATELY and the flowers that were part of my set were poorly designed even though I provided a reference photo. im trying really hard not to sound like a complete karen but i would NOT wish these services upon my worst enemy. At the end of the service the woman doing my bestfriends nails used her phone to take pictures then opened google to write a 5 star review while we stood there absolutely shocked. The worst of the worst though was after the acrylics fell off it took off my nails and left them damaged and one of the nails is even bruised. please don’t go here!

Came with an appointment for 8 gals! Had so much fun in the cozy environment and the service was really nice! Pricing was fair as well (pedicure for $20) and I enjoyed the time spent!

I hate doing this but I’m very disappointed. I asked for a faded pink and white and have a picture as reference. I was not given a faxed look it was hard lines all around. None of them are even similar in size, they’re lumpy and bubbly, none of the shapes match. It’s hard to tell in the picture but they also look globbed on. My sisters are the black tip and she also did not get what she asked for. You can see the different layering of the black. The lines are no where near straight and there’s little black dots, also bubbly. We are two very unhappy customers and both feel like we wasted our money. What are you going to do to make this right?!

The lady that assisted me was very kind, but she ripped half my toe nail off. She told me it would grow back in a month and proceeded to cover the small wound with nail polish. I removed it to prevent infection. She also still charged me full price after the incident. To be fair, I didn’t say anything as I felt guilty taking away money from her due to her kindness. My suggestion: she will do an amazing job painting your nails, but if you have gel polish from a previous visit please DO NOT allow her or anyone to rip it off with cuticle cutters. It’s damaging to the nail and can have some painful consequences.

I set up an appointment for all my sisters and me to get our nails done. When we showed up there were only two employees for the four of us. They did a rushed job and it showed. My gel nail polish was stuck to my skin on almost every single one and they blamed my short nails, which has never been a problem any where else I’ve gone. My sisters all had poor jobs done to their nails as well. I would not recommend. It does not appear that they take their time or take pride in doing a good job.
