I-Spa Lash Nail Lounge in Omaha, NE

I came here for a full set of winter themed nails. They were very busy but had a lot of staff and my appointment was right on time. The atmosphere is nice, clean, and comfortable. They switched nail techs on me because one lady, Linda, was better at the shape of nails. I found it nice that they were so aware and wanted their best tech to help me. She did so well! I was happy with the care taken and the effort of making my nails look lovely. It didn’t feel rushed at all. I liked the man who was walking around, overseeing, and giving compliments on our nails and choices. Made you really feel valued and less like just another customer. It was expensive but for this quality of work, I don’t mind the price. Highly recommend this salon. 💅✨

Sunday was my first time here.
I’m thoroughly impressed.
I was scheduled with Daniel, and he did an amazing job! My shape is just what I wanted, and I love the color. His customer service skills are wonderful, everyone there is honestly great to be around, very nice, funny, and all about making sure your comfortable. Will definitely be back.

This was my nd time here. I asked for an acrylic full set with blue French tips. I asked for the exact same service I got the first time I visited which was in December.

The technician put used clear acrylic rather than nude and decided to use a bright pink as my base for French. I said no. When I didn’t like the French I asked for all blue nails because I was tired and needed to take my meds.

The picture is how my nails looked AFTER he cured the gel. You can see in the picture that the gel is cured on my skin. The guy at the front desk and the technician said he can drill it off.

Not only was the gel cured on my nails, but the acrylic is stuck on my skin. The nails are different and wrong.

The whole time I was explaining to him that my nails were wrong, the man was trying to argue with me. Then the guy at the front desk says that I’m not supposed to complain until AFTER the service is done. Why would I let someone continue to do a bad job?

Then the technician was telling the front desk guy to give my daughter a soda after I told him to grab a water. And he was purposely hitting my skin while drilling when he had to start over. And made a comment saying that I must not want to pay for my service. At that point I definitely did not want to be there. When I was leaving, The technician was talking to the other workers complaining about me and then walked up on us and stood directly next to my daughter as I talked to the guy at the front desk.

Customer service is not something I take lightly especially because I work in the field and I’m a paying customer. The situation didn’t have to get as far as it did had it been properly deescalated by the tech.

I was very excited to check out this salon, but unfortunately I did not have a good experience. The customer service at the front desk was great and the guy was extremely polite, helpful, and understanding, but the lady that did my nails did not even look at the picture of what I wanted, did my nails crooked and when I asked her to fix them she started to pull my hand super hard, rough and told me that it was my fingers not the nails, which it’s funny because my fingers weren’t crooked when I got to the salon. I got there at 4 and left at 6:30! She did try fixing my nails towards the end but they are nothing like my reference picture. Also, I called before booking my appointment and it was supposed to cost $55 for what I wanted and they ended up charging me $65.
I’m very unhappy with the result, price, and service.

I came here in a Friday with a friend to get our nails done. It was CRAZY busy and full of people. Neither one of us were happy with our nails when we left. BUT…we each went in at separate times (she on Sunday myself today [Monday]) and got our nails fixed with absolutely no problems. I had Marcy both times, and she was very friendly and professional. She was not grumpy that I came in to get my nails fixed, and she even made them better than they were the first time!

I will admit, I was nervous about going in to get them fixed because I have never gone into a place saying I didn’t like the service before; I usually suffer in silence until I need to redo it. But, the service here was great and they were kind and understanding to both of us.
