Went in for a manicure and eyebrow wax. My eyebrows came out great ( they always do) but for the manicure, she was about to put shellac polish on my nails (an upcharge) without even asking me first until I said something. Then she sent me out with no top coat so now 2 days later, all of my nails are chipped. Not only that she charged me $25 when a manicure is clearly listed at $20. I asked another tech once I realized and he didn’t have an answer nor offered to make it right . Do what you will with this review

I’ve been going here for the last year and have religiously gotten my nails done for the last 8 years. There not the best but not the worst until this last visit. Not only got mad I didn’t want my fill in anymore because he messed up the shape but cut me multiple times and had an attitude then proceeded to CHARGE me after cutting me making me bleed and being rude. Will NEVER be coming back. Don’t recommend it.

I came here on a weekday and I was able to get a seat for a pedicure pretty quickly. I paid $50 for a gel pedicure. There was nothing too fancy about the place, the pedicure itself was nice although I wasn’t a fan of the paint job. I had to point out a number of polish mistakes for them to fix, and my nail artist rather aggressively grabbed my feet to fix them. Maybe having a bad day, I’m not sure. $50 is a lot of money and so for the neatness I don’t think I’d be back again, unless you are someone who is vocal when you get your services.

Just paid 70$ for the most basic pedicure of my life. Chose the deluxe option which was 48$ told it was 68$ after the fact because shellac cost 20$ apparently. Whatever fine with that, the deluxe is supposed to have like 8 different steps. Definitely gave me a basic pedicure didn’t end with a massage didn’t even get all the dead skin off my feet.
