The place is amazing, and the shop owner Mini is very friendly and skilled at what she does. I often visit the place for eyebrow threading, face waxing, and facials, and I always get excellent results. I am very satisfied with the service and highly recommend this place.

I’ve been going to this place for about 3 years now and have been mostly happy with my results but today when I went there was a different lady than normal and she completely destroyed my brows they are 100%uneven and lopsided I literally want to shave them off. It also should have been free today because my card was full and she just wrote her signature over someone else’s when I confronted her she said she didn’t even tho I seen her and she had used a blue pen so it stood out

I really wish I had something positive to say about this place. I haven’t gone back in a couple of years because of how badly they have destroyed my eyebrows. I went back today in hopes that things have gotten better. I get my eyebrows threaded in Des Moines all the time. I went to get a touch up today thinking that they wouldn’t mess it up too bad because I have been consistently getting my eyebrows done by threading at the place in Des moines. She took way too much off of my left side. Now the hair will not grow back. I am so upset out of all the years of progress I have tried to grow my eyebrows back

I absolutely love this place!! The only place I will go to get my brow’s done in Ames. Mini is the best and definitely would recommend.
