Honestly, I don’t know how they let us walk out like this. Just look at the photos.
The lady was watching a show the entire time she did my nails. She made the side of my finger bleed from filing because she chose to look at her phone. Some remarks she said to me were “You must have sensitive skin then.” “I know what I’m doing it’s my job.” “If a customer is rude to me I’ll be rude right back.” I could go on. Also, the entire service was SO fast. We were out within 45 minutes. For doing two peoples nails. This place was not anything like people made it out to be unfortunately.

Toes done right, gel nails not! The gentleman whom did the manicure was nice, but the owner was rude the whole time yelling at us and told us if we didn’t like something, go elsewhere; that is why the guy didn’t fix the nails that were wrongly shaped or not in the center. The elderly ladies who did the pedicures were also nice. I came here once before and had a pleasant experience. I was so SHOCKED by the rudeness to my friend who asked questions because she never had her nails done before.

I highly recommend coming here today was my second time here, I made a mistake and went to another nail salon on a Friday when they were busy, I wish I would’ve waited!! Their products and services are high quality and my nails have looked really nice both times. The dip manicure lasts a long time too!
