Absolutely horrible experience! I was there for an event and wanted to get a pedicure and manicure. I decided on the French Manicure, but the girl who did it, had the lines all over the place, so it looked like I did them myself because non of the top lines matched, each one was smaller or larger than the next finger, then while they were drying, I noticed big dips or chunks out of them! Julie was very rude and she’s too frank about getting into your family’s business. The pedicure looked ok, but they scrubbed my feet so hard, it hurt and my feet were red and raw the rest of the day. I have been there about 10 times and something always went wrong, but this last experience was obviously my last and I can’t believe they have 5 stars? Maybe they just didn’t like me? I always tipped well regardless of what went wrong because I always felt sorry for the people that were inexperienced. Julie also made my eyebrows look like rainbows and I had to see an EXPERIENCED Esthetician who said she couldn’t fix them until they grew back out and then she was finally able to fix them. I’m sorry, this was just my several experiences with them.

Simply suck!! Went to get lip and eyebrows they talked in their language and the one that speaks English said not today honey! If you don’t make as much as nails don’t offer that service and you won’t make us waste time guessing whether you feel like doing wax or not. Should’ve read the reviews

The gals were so gentle and did a great job on our nails! Never been before & took my mom to try it out. Only issue: no signage anywhere on pricing and I paid $96.00 WITHOUT tip on two manicures I almost fainted when I got the bill! Probably will not be back for that fact alone.

This place was awful. Do not go here. There are better places to get a pedicure. They didn’t even rub lotion into the skin. They only clipped one part of my toe nails. Not the whole thing just one side. Then charged me $50. The massage chair did more than these ladies! Then watching them rinse the tools under water. No soap no sterilization whatsoever. Run away from this place. Should have read the reviews first.

I always ask for Tina because she does my nails perfectly and is always helpful and kind !! She’s not just any nail lady , she’s an artist ! She’s been doing mine and my daughter Bella’s nails for years . Also I’m a weirdo about my eyebrows and Tina does them perfectly ! Thanks so much for always making my nails so beautiful Forever Nails and I highly recommend them indeed 💜 ! P.S ( BE SURE TO TIP ) if they do a wonderful job throw in extra because believe me , I’m sure they’ll remember your crappy tip the next time you visit 😉
