The ladies working there were so nice, warm, and welcoming! However, the nail tech that did my nails was on her phone the entire time. She would stop the service to text multiple times and was having a conversation the entire time on her ear buds. I asked for dipped nails but she seemed annoyed and kept pushing me to get acrylic. I caved thinking maybe she was more comfortable with acrylic. BIG mistake! My nails look like my 5 year old niece painted them. You can see the streaks and areas were the polish was packed on and uneven. The actual nails themselves are inconsistent- some are really think and bulky others are flat and thin. The pedicure was almost the same experience- she wasn’t wanting to perform the services I asked and wanted to do what she wanted. I will never be going back- worst experience ever and a waste of money.

Came in and at first I was loving it the owner did the beginning part of the pedicure (cleaning cuticle, removing previous polish etc.) and she was a sweetheart! However I came in wanting French tip toes and asked if I could do acrylic shaping I really like the sharp square look it gives when done with acrylic. The owner then let another gal do the rest, and I showed her the reference picture and tried to let her know I was going for more of a pink nude rather than the nude beige she was starting to apply. She got irritated and removed the small acrylic bead she had already applied. I had a small bruise on one of my toes from dropping a weight on it at the gym but have gone to other places where it has been covered by the acrylic so I didn’t think anything of it. She then finished with the pink but did a super thin coat of the clear pink acrylic where the bruise was so visible it didn’t even look like she tried to cover it so then I had asked her if she was going to cover it a bit more and got annoyed and starting talking in her language to he coworker right beside her and they were both obviously annoyed by my concern. She said that it was going to look like that because of the color choice I had picked. I could understand if the reference picture was a clear pink but it was a more solid than not pink and she made me feel bad for not picking the color she had tried putting on me the first time. So she told me that the only way I could cover the small spot that was bruised would be to have to get a solid all around color instead which really upset me because I have had nail techs cover it with no issue but now I was being told to go with with an all around color which was not what I asked for. I paid 75$ for a service not worth my time. After I had payed and left to get into my car the same nail tech that was working on me and the coworker were walking out to their cars as well laughing and looking at me and I honestly felt were laughing at me. I was so disappointed because the owner was so sweet and genuine and came to me before I left and I understood that if wasn’t her fault but I was disappointed in the money that I lost from the service.

Bad experience and won’t be returning. The ladies who worked there were constantly making comments in their language for the requests I made. My nails were not properly filed and when I asked her if she could fix it she became passive aggressive and kept murmuring something to the other lady. She didn’t clean up the residue left on my skin either.

Came in around 10am on a Friday and there was no wait time, they soaked off my previous acrylics and didn’t rip them off like many salons do! Not pushy at all when it came to service and they were all wonderful and very nice! Officially switching to this salon!
