I got a manicure with dip powder and the milk and honey pedicure with gel polish. The atmosphere was great and the place was super clean. It was a weekday during the day so it was not crowded and I did not have to wait at all. A week later 2 of my dip powder nails broke and they fixed it for free. Esther did a great job and I did not get to catch the name of the guy who did my pedicure. I Iiked the massage chair and they offer beverages to customers as well. Very nice place.

I took my daughter here when she said she wanted to get her nails done for her Sweet 16 coming up. Great experience, she loves them. Everyone was very nice and inviting.

WORST FIRST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! From the moment we walked in for a Mani & Pedi the place was empty we started with feet , I always get acrylic overlay on my big toe they refused to do what I wanted put gel instead on the old over lay cut my toes crooked so I sense a bad energy they got agressive when I voiced why wasn’t it being done the way I requested they respond “no this better “ which I didn’t ask so I’m frustrated I opted out of nails only did toes I come to relax I took a day off to relax they were so mad yelling at me they even messed up on my cousin over lay she wanted acrylic on all 10 toes they put gel instead called it a over lay arguing with us on it’s correct when clearly it’s not what we asked for we come in this salon with over 10k money isn’t a issue but when you get agressive with unsatisfied customers and refuse to try to calm it make us feel better they didn’t my cousin had them take the gel off feet that they called acrylic over lays and Just did her nails this place had us stressed when we’re spending OUR money ! Well they left her nails sloppy black stain from a dip powder they put on accident I’ll post a picture ! I get better service in downtown Fort Worth and this is the Highlands very unacceptable never will I support a buisness who doesn’t care about the customers ruined morning but we found a place called classy nails excellent even made us feel comfortable not attacked crazy is there not even in the highlands and provide better service last pictures are update from us having classy nails fix. Her nails that zizi messed up and charged her 180 for that messy work last pics is fron classy nails in Arlington who helped us fix it all

Very clean and friendly environment. The man Tony who did my pedicure was nice and he took great care of my feet and the foot massage was EVERYTHING!!! My first time there but it won’t be the last.

I never went back! I did call, gave my number, was told to expect a call. I never did Receive a call……no follow up, on their side.

Went in for a pedicure. The person doing the pedicure was trying to upsell me, I declined.
1) The water was scorching hot. I informed her.
2) she took 2 phone calls. One was brief, the other was rather long. As she was speaking to the person on her phone, I was relaxing my feet. She kept pointing my foot up. She kept speaking on the phone, I would relax my foot. She yanked it at one point and I resisted. Why keep my foot alert, when she wasn’t doing anything! She finally hung up with no apology. I’d understand, if it was an emergency.

3) she put the base coat and polish on my toes. She was gathering her things and packing them away. She got up and walked to the sink. I asked her if she was going to put on a top coat. She was perturbed and shouted “LATER!”
All of the patrons and the girls doing their pedicures heard her yell out the word “later” and turned around and looked at me and her. I told her that she was rude! She sat down and did the top coat, after she had walked away a few minutes. All she had to do was say, I’ll finish in a few minutes.
I called and spoke to the person in charge and she was going to tell the owners. She took my information and said that she would have them call me. It’s been 5 days and nothing….
