The place is clean, comfortable, amazing and has girly vibes but there are some workers who are unprofessional

Love the place. Been here couple of times now and every time the technician Raghda does my nails better than the last time. She’s a professional in hard gel and gelish.

Do not remove gels here. After taking a break from gel for over 6 months and having my nails really healthy I went to Zi for a French gel manicure. All was fine until 2 weeks later when I went back for a removal. They removed so much of my actual nail to the point that my nails hurt when I pick up anything and are discoloured. My nails are now paper thin and extremely damaged.

After explaining to the manager/owner this issue, instead of actually hearing my complaint she began arguing with me about how I know nothing about nails and tried to convince me that this pain and extreme sensitivity is normal after a single two-week gel application. After explaining several times that I have been getting gel polish done for 5 years and know how the removal process goes and that she over filed the nail, the manager continues to argue and then leaves all together.

Unprofessional, unorganized, waste of time. They don’t respect your time and try to downgrade your request. Very bad management and operations. No hospitality or service, negative vibes people are shouting around you from disappointment and frustration 😤

Not a place to spoil yourself but to lose your nerves.

I painted only my nails in 3 hours but the technician called “Habiba” is excellent on all aspects, Thank you Habiba!

Clean and nice interiors in a good location though.

If you want to spoil yourself after long day, this is definitely not a place to go and spoil yourself. Very unprofessional, unorganized. They don’t respect your time and underestimate that if told that you are punctual person and don’t like anyone wasting your time whether you booked or not they are professional on wasting your time and this is not a one time experience, I gave it two time try.
First time, I went for facial cleaning on 2pm they called me 1:35 pm to cancel the appointment and to be around 4 pm, I was already in the elevator so I went in and they left for 40 mins I asked when I will enter for my appointment they only word I hear is just 5 mins those 5 mins reached to an hour and half. I simply talked to the owner and told her you can tell me when I will enter and I will choose whether I can wait or not but don’t decide for me.

Second time, I went for simple pedi, mani, eyebrows and moustache I went 12:30 and came out 3 pm and if I poured why this happened it, the conclusion will be that they are unorganized and un professional.

The idea is the decor and the hygiene plus the location makes this place worthy of going so I hope they change the management and excel their performance to even for me recommend this place but for now I won’t and I won’t go again
