The girls are fast, and the price is very affordable but I don’t know what happened if it was a bad application or the material is bad or both 😅 but the gelish didn’t last at all, at the time of the warranty they gave me the machine to remove the gelish and it got dust on my nail, I told the girl that maybe that would make the gelish not adhere well and she told me no, that the dust would go away with the fan… Well, I prefer to pay a little more but be durable and not have to waste time on guarantees.
Also the rating is because despite being punctual, they make you wait a long time to serve you.
I was expecting a little because they only have two tubs and they are busy; It’s 11:52 and as soon as they started to see me, my appointment was at 11:30.
Alma’s service is super professional and she is very good at her job, but if they do not have enough tools they cannot do their work in a timely manner. Asked…. A super-customer business that has been around for 9 years can’t afford to buy more tubs, one per employee for example???
