I came in today for a new customer was hoping to find a new nail salon. I got a pedicure and manicure on my REAL not fake French tip which of been no more then 40$ tips for my manicure with the 10$ increase for the gel polish I did my pedicure and they charge me over 100$ for it . The service was great and the work they did was great. The lady that rang me up didn’t even tell me my total she just put in a number on the calculator. If I don’t get over charge I would have definitely came back. I know they are hurting for money but this is why they lose customers especially new ones as walk ins

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I had an extremely disappointing experience at Zen Nails. I called an hour before I got there, asked to make an appointment for the time I had selected. The man told me an appointment was not necessary and that I can just be a walk in. When I got there at the time I had informed them I was coming, I sat and waited a hour and a half to be taken back to the chairs. Another customer in the salon even brought to the techs attention that my friends and I hadn’t been taken back although we were there before all of the 15 appointments and walk-ins that had already been taken back. The tech then began shouting at my friend and I that we “need to be patient” because not all of the techs could do acrylics.. also noticed on the wall they only had 6 certified techs. From the moment I walked in, I was met with rude and unprofessional behavior. The staff repeatedly yelled at me and claimed they couldn’t do my nails, despite my request being very simple. They even went as far as demanding that I leave the salon. This is by far the worst service I’ve ever encountered, and I would not recommend Zen Nails to anyone. Their lack of professionalism and basic courtesy is unacceptable.

Had a wonderful visit today at zen nails. I got an overlay and gel on my nails and gel on my toes. I loved it. They did an amazing job.

I will absolutely never be returning to this place. We arrived at 9:50 and didn’t leave till 12:30. Both my daughter and I needed a full set. We waited for about an 1 before doing anything. Thats was fine. We bounced around from one seat to another over and over again. Finally when the girl started doing my nails everything was fine. Once they were painted the looked like the “duck nails”. They are super wide and makes my nails look gigantic! I have never seen anything like it! I’m so disgusted for paying for something I could have done better myself. Secondly they should really not bite off more than they can chew. My daughter wanted a heart on her ring nail. The heart looks like a three year-old boy drew it! After my daughter was done she told me that the lady was ripping out her hand of nail lamp to continue. Just absolutely despicable behavior.

Got my set done somewhere else and it wasn’t a very good job. Went here for my fill and they did an amazing job! They fixed the issues from the last place while keeping the set intact and did a beautiful job. Will definitely be back!
