We were early, I loved the attention to detail. Great environment very clean and very relaxing. Both sets of acrylics are great. My oldest daughter loves her set(the pink one with black), my youngest daughter has never had a manicure before so she was kinda nervous but loved the experience. I love my set, they were very gentle. Thank you Zen Nails for the beautiful nails.

This place was terrible. I got a French tip short length set, the white tips were extremely thick, and did not match the length of my fingers, I had a huge gap on one of the nails that showed my real nail. On most of the white tip parts of nail it didn’t even meet both sides of my finger, they looked terrible. I don’t know how this place has business at all…

The worst experience I’ve ever had. I plan on going back to have them fix this for FREE because I paid $60 (after she told me to pay $80 and I laughed at her). I sat there for two hours, she cut my cuticle, and the nails are hideous. The first photo is what I wanted, the second and third is what I got. I have never been more displeased with a nail appointment before.

2 hours and 80 bucks later for crooked nails and bumpy / streaky topcoat. And ridiculously thick French tip.

I had tried to tell the lady and had shown her pictures of what I wanted. (Yes I understood that I wouldn’t get the exact thing. But they could have atleast tried to make it look good)

Not worth the money or time.

Love love love this place! It’s a nice little hidden gem in the greene it was my first time here and I wasn’t disappointed! Will be back 100%!
Update: got a new set just in time for my graduation! Never disappointed with my results!
