The place is great. Lady running the desk is super helpful, hence the 3 stars. However, the lady that did my dip this time, since Ivy is no longer there, had no idea what she was doing. Ivy’s dip would last me 3 +weeks. This last one didn’t make it two days before it was chipped and my nails were broke. If Ivy returns, I will return. If anybody knows where she is, please let me know. She is the best!

The salon was nice & big. We had an appointment, but I bet you could get in without one.

The service (a pedicure) was just what it ought to be. I took my 95-year-old mother-in-law, & the guy treated her with gentleness. He also did exactly what she wanted & no more (even though he offered her more). We both will go back to this place.

This place is hit or miss. Today I had an appointment with a new person. I asked for a pink and white fill and he filled it but then did a pink and white paint design rather than fill it with the powder. This was $15 dollars extra and he didn’t explain that even after I shared that he was providing a service I didn’t request. I also asked for a matte top coat and didn’t get it. I didn’t have time to correct it, and honestly, wasn’t sure if they would. Every time in the past they haven’t. I despise making a scene so I just paid and left.

I’ve been here several times and every other visit is okay. The nail techs change often. So it’s inconsistent. There just isn’t the attention to detail or quality of service. But it’s hard to find anywhere in Twin Falls. You pay premium prices for clean shop and garage sale service.

Went in last minute for a gel manicure and was pleased with the results! Amy did a fantastic job and was so meticulous about making things as perfect as possible. I did not feel rushed like I do with other manicurists. Highly recommend her!
