Got my nails done on Friday and did not have a great experience. Was at the salon for an hour and 45 minutes for dip with tips. Nails turned out lumpy, with specs underneath them, edges are jagged, and the tech even filed into my skin causing bleeding which she chose to stop with dabbing nail glue straight from the container (definitely a concern about if that’s sanitary for future customers). The price was more than I normally pay at other salons and the quality did not reflect the price point. Really wanted to like this salon, the staff are kind and the salon is nice, but unfortunately walked away with a bad experience.

Thank you Ricky! This was a collaboration! I don’t normally get my nails done but this was a special occasion and I wanted to find a nice place to treat my sister who came up to visit me for the first time. I did a search under most top rated and then Zen nail lounge came up. The atmosphere was absolutely so relaxing and just what we both needed after early start to the day and long drive back from the Chicago international airport. I was able to call the day before to schedule our appointments for two manicures. The staff was pleasant and welcomed us right away!

When you walk into Zen nail lounge it feels as though you are stepping out of the everyday hustle and bustle and taking a mini vacation to a resort! With beautiful tapestries of Oceanside views, palm trees beautiful sunny days and a tiki-themed lounge as you are treating yourself to a manicure and pedicure, It’s just what the doctor ordered!

Ricky helped me pick out this classy cute pink ombre dip! I absolutely loved how my nails turned out!!!! This is where I will be bringing my sister to get our nails done when she comes to visit me or where I will go for special occasions when I want to treat myself to something nice!

Step out of the hustle and bustle of everyday life and treat yourself to something nice at Zen nail lounge!!!! 🩷💅🏽

Hi I had visited this place on 10 May to get my gel nails done. Kim did it so nicely. Infact I had a particular colour dress, she guided me for the perfect colour to match with the dress. And also added extra glitter on my gel nails.

My sister gave me a pedicure for my Birthday. Denny did a wonderful job, I was quite pleased. Helped put my shoes back on, out of the chair and the salon even gave me some lotion as a BD gift! They also accomodated us by providing a place for our “Lorrie” to get a manicure next to us getting our pedicure. The atmosphere and music were calming and the massage
chairs were incredible. We’ll return .

OMG.. this place is fantastic!! So myself and my Husband went for the guy pedicures as walk-ins on a Friday afternoon as first-timers. What a fantastic surprise!! We had a five minute wait, the greeter is awesome, the salon is awesome, the staff is awesome!! Wowzers!!!
We absolutely cant wait to go back to this awesome gem. Super Special Thanks to our technicians Reecy and Helen!! They were so welcoming, kind and have an excellent touch !!
