If I could give this place 0 stars I would! They told my 13 year old daughter $85 then turn around and tell her $90 at the register for a basic French tip with a very MINIMAL design and by basic I mean a wavy line on two of her nails! I was also sitting next to someone who was from out of town and asked for a price board, they came over and told her they were no longer able to do her nails!

Every time I’ve been to Zen nails they’ve been amazing, their work, customer service, and environment is very comfortable. Their prices in my opinion are very evenly priced with the work received. I’ve only came twice and both times with photos and they’ve matched both. I’ll definitely be back.!

I’ve never been treated so rudely at a nail salon! I’d never been there before and was not familiar with the place at all. Was told to sign in and sit and wait. I had to asked about polish color and they told me where it was, I was looking for a color and they came and got me to SIT at the bar and wait. I said I had not picked a color yet and they said to get up go look for one then sit in my original place to wait for my turn to sit at the bar again ( I basically lost my place in line till a color had been chosen!) while sitting there waiting I sneezed (allergies) and was asked to leave and come back later, I hey we’re busy!! RUDEST place I’ve ever been!!
