Zeda Nails & Spa

I went in to have my acrylics removed terrible experience. During my visit they had multiple techs come and go for an 1 1/2 hrs between their other appointments. The tech that came and sanded my nails was not very careful. She filled so deep into my nails they are not red, sore and extremely uneven. There are chips in my nails you can see in the picture. She started to rush when her co worker told her, her next appointment was in. The manager did not charge me the $15 for removal but my nails have damage for the next two months until they grow out 🙁

Took my wife and 12 year old to get their nails done and I was amazed. Great customer service and even better work. I liked how they did their nails so much that I even decided to do a pedicure. I will of course come back not just for myself but for my family.

Nice atmosphere. I went in for a regular mani, an acrylic set, and a tropical pedicure. I really like my acrylic nails, but as I thought about it after I left, and I might have been overcharged. My acrylic nail set began right as I sat down, then I received the pedicure. Since I only visit nail salons once or twice a year, and haven’t gotten acrylic nails in years, is it safe to assume that getting an acrylic set equates to or is the same as a manicure? If not, I was definitely charged extra for the mani. If so, no worries. I’ve seen fantastic designs online under their reviews, but my toes’ design is a bit lack luster. However, I really loved that the stylist took her time with the massage part of the pedicure, and she had polite conversation. Thanks to the hard workers there.

I went to Zeda nails before leaving for my destination wedding. I showed photos so the gentleman could get an idea of what I wanted as my bridal nails, which I thought was pretty simple. It was not even close to what I received, let alone was the outcome even nice. I asked for a deluxe no chip pedicure and a full set-white with rose gold tips and a little rhinestone design. I also asked for a flower on the ring finger, which he said he couldn’t do. The pedicure was mostly nice because of the massage chair, oils, and warm paraffin , but it also felt very rushed and the results of the nails weren’t good. Some of the squared shape was off and left extremely slanted. As for the attempt at design, I could have done better myself and it was far from professional looking. The worst part was that it was really expensive, way more than I pay most places and I had hoped that I would be paying for quality. I was really disappointed and paid to get everything redone elsewhere (which looked way better for far less) and I don’t even consider myself to be very picky. I wouldn’t go back. I went with a party of four and none of them plan to return. None of us had a good experience.

Nails by Tea!! She always does an amazing job whether I ask for something simple or over the top.
Update to add Anna gave me a great pedicure and massage. I’m picky about my nails and toes, and I am always pleased with the services I receive at Zeda.
