I’ve been looking for some places to do my nails since I just moved here.
My appointment was 2:45 and got a message from my nails tech to come at 2:30 and I’m fine with that. So I showed up around 2:20 something and she still had to take care of another client. I was sitting there waiting for my turn and got started around 2:50
Then when it’s was my time we chose the color and we started but we were so quiet, doesn’t have any conversation all the way since finished choosing color until go on with my feet which is make me feel a little bit awkward. The only conversation that we have had was when she asked me how I wanted to pay for today
Its nice place, nice music, the other staff seem nice but I was not enjoy the whole time I had over there.

I’ve been for a few pedicures now and I’m not sure I’ll ever go anywhere else! The pedicures are absolutely fantastic…whatever magic is put into the dazzle dry polish they use makes my toes last a solid 5-6 weeks between pedicures. Everything is always clean, the ladies are so nice and professional…love everything about Z Luxury!

I’ve been going to Z Luxury Nails for around 7 years. Hands down, one of my favorite places to go for self-care. I could stay there all day lol. The music, the conversations, the humor, the warm personalities, the aura of the salon are all top-tier. I’ve recommended them to others and brought people with me as well! I always leave with beautiful nails and feeling absolutely relaxed. You don’t get that everywhere! I love that it’s Black-woman owned. Kendra, the owner, is professional, knowledgeable, and funny. My go-to person is Jasmine – love her! But I’ve been to all of the nail techs multiple times. All of them are experienced, engaging, and do a wonderful job. I love that it’s a natural nail care salon and they always have beautiful polish colors. Nowhere else is topping this salon! Love it!

This is by far the best nail salon I have been to. There were so many positives about this establishment but by far the best part of this service and experience was my nail tech, Shania. I typically do not get my nails done but after having her as a nail tech, I will be a repeat customer. I was there for roughly an hour and a half and the entire time I was there I felt incredibly welcome. Shania was such a pleasure to spend my afternoon with and I genuinely enjoyed the conversations we had.

The salon was extremely clean. All of the tools used were right out of a package or brand new. The space itself was also super comfortable. There was great music playing and overall, it was just a calming environment.

In terms of the nail polish itself and the services, I could not be more thrilled. There is a wide variety of nail polish colors to pick from and Shania discussed both services I would be receiving (mani and pedi). Shania also had an amazing attention to detail. She took her time with both my manicure and pedicure and I could not be more pleased with the end result. Everything about both my manicure and pedicure were exactly what I wanted, down to the exact shape of all of my nails.

The establishment is in a great location and is very easy to get to. There is also free on-site parking which is very rare in West Hartford.

I booked this appointment as a treat for myself. After receiving the best service and mani/pedi, I will be coming back. I cannot say enough positives about Shania.

I love love love Kendra and her team. They are so nice and super helpful. All their products are amazing. Not just the service they provide but their products. Including sea moss, sprays for the room and the candles are a smash hit especially the Jamaican me crazy.
My fiancé is also a regular. And everyone I’ve given a gift card to has loved there experience.
