I stopped by on a whim and got my nails done here. The atmosphere was great and people were nice, but the actual service was terrible. I am not happy with my nails at all and I’m not very picky. I got dip and the base of some of my nails were applied to my cuticle so they’re lifting and there’s a white spot on one . They were not filed great so they’re all uneven on the top yet oddly flat and dip inward where my fingertips end. They didn’t go to the sidewalls of my nails either and looks weird. I asked for pink French and cherries and asked a couple of times to make the cherries bigger and the stems longer and they did like the slightest bit I couldn’t even tell they were any bigger but I didn’t want to keep asking over and over. On top of just not being happy with my nails- they were $93 with tip. For dip.
They charge for length, shape, drip, French, and cherries. I expected to pay extra for nail art and maybe the French but not to shape and apply a tip. For $93 I would expect flawless nails and it looks like someone just starting out did them.
Edit to add one just chipped. I got them done 4 days ago.

Ann did a great job on my toenails. However, I don’t know if it was the gel nail polish or gel top coat but within 3 days my finger nail polish started looking like they were going to peel. Disappointed in the outcome. Still gave 4 stars for excellent service and kindness.

This salon is amazing! I’ve been three times now and I’ve been amazed each time. They are so fast and you never have to wait for someone to be available. They did my nails and toes today within an hour! They are also the sweetest people and will make you feel comfortable 🙂

Wow! Had an appointment for 1:15, when I got there, no wait! The tech was ready for me with the water drawn up already! Service was great! Highly recommend Danny. He mixed up an herbal salt scrub custom for me. Great experience. It is def a little more pricey but worth it!
Update 7/24 appears they are rushing clients, had a bad mani, the polish Radom,y changed colors only in various areas, Han began cracking and chipping within a week. very disappointed, not to mention I was charged for a gel pedi and only received regular polish

It was easy to book online, and the staff communicated with me to confirm the appointment. It was very clean and quiet, very relaxing environment, even on a Saturday afternoon. I showed Ivy the nails I wanted and she did them perfectly! I was only there an hour and left very impressed. All the staff worked well together and were kind to all customers, I will definitely be back! It was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a while.
