I have to give this establishment a 10 out of 10!!!! There was no wait time, the staff offered my husband and me drinks, and the customer service was amazing!! Ms. Ellie, my nail technician was very professional and precise!!! I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she NAILED IT! Get it! Hahahaha My nails were prettier than the picture. I’ll surely be back soon. Thank you!!!

We all get excited when we find THAT nail salon. Good customer service, transparency, communication, and what you asked for is what you get. My nail tech was Jennie (who is amazing). When asked she provided me pricing upfront including everything I wanted. Honesty if she could or couldn’t do what I asked for (I can be complicated lol). Also provided other options with other techs to get what I wanted. She checked every step of the way to make sure I was satisfied with my experience. She takes pride in her work to make sure I’m not walking out with any old thing and, I appreciate that. I loved everything about this experience and I hope to be a regular here.

I love coming here! I’ve been a regular for about 2 years now and everyone is helpful and nice. My nails always come out how I want them. Almost everyone has worked on my nails 😂 Mindi will NOT let you leave if it’s not up to her standards and I love her for that.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and the staff was incredibly attentive throughout my visit. The salon itself is gorgeous and impeccably clean, which added to the overall relaxing atmosphere. What really impressed me was how quickly the staff worked, without sacrificing quality. My nails came out absolutely beautiful and were exactly as I requested. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Xscape Nails and I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a top-notch nail service.

Great atmosphere, really fast and friendly service. However, my gel manicure started peeling off on the third day (when, for me, it usually lasts 2 weeks before I get a removal done), I’m not too impressed
