The worst nail experience of my life!!!!!!!!!!! My husband brought me to get my nails done here for Mother’s Day yesterday , I had seen this nail shop in passing and figured I’d try them out. How silly of me to NOT look at the reviews! I spent over 2 HOURS for nails that my 6 year old could have done. I had no idea but she was charging me $60 so of course I’m expecting these nails to at least be decent. I asked for long square nails I’ll share pictures for reference and also share a picture of what I got. She insisted on trying to put coffin tips on FOR LONG SQUARE NAILS , I had ask for them to come off and I wanted the square so she does that , then my nails were so uneven that I kept telling her and she kept taking the nail file and making them SHORTER!!!! The Nail polish used for my white tips was horrible! There was bubbles and hair dried on my nails , just absolutely by far the worst experience ever!!! My husband asked for a refund and for her to remove the nails because I was in tears!!! She refused the refund and kept trying to FIX UN FIXABLE NAILS!!!! needless to say I left with terrible nails and $10 she gave me. After all this let me not forget to mention she accidentally ran my card which I don’t know how for $124 , I had $60 for nails and WAS STILL going to be the bigger person and leave a tip , she ended up taking $63.25 because that’s all that was on that card it ran as a partial payment for $124😩 also my nails are so sore I legit yanked my hands several times because she was burning my nails grinding them and split my skin open ! I can’t understand how this nail shop is even open when this is what goes on. It’s very very dirty as well. I never ever will go back !

This was the worst experience and second highest price I have ever paid for nails. There is hair, uneven globs & clear coat all over my nails and fingers. The lady was nice but I would never go again. I wish I could get my time & money back.

I did originally have an unpleasant experience as there were bubbles in my polish and 3 hours after I left the shop my nails still wouldn’t harden causing them to easily rub off, however, when I called and alerted them of my disappointment they immediately fixed them same day and I ended up pretty happy with the results. Very nice and accommodating staff so for that the experience turned out to be ok.

I went here today just for the heck of it! They advertised $10 manicures, so I figured it wasn’t a huge loss if I hated it. I’ll start with the positive: the staff that was there were super friendly! There were only two, but they talked with me and it was really nice! I also was the only person in there at the time, which may have been a factor. The inside of the place did feel older/ maybe not as clean as I could be. There were not many colors to pick from and the nail polish seemed old. It’s definitely not as good as my normal nail place. The woman doing my nails made them look really nice, but they didn’t last more than 2 hours before they were ripped up. They just didn’t last mad I don’t know if it’s the stuff they used of what. I followed her instructions when she finished. I brought my little cousin and she accidentally bumped her nail while the lady was there, but the lady doing hers did not offer to fix it. Again, it wasn’t horrible, especially not for the price, but I also don’t recommend it.

Took over two hours for my wife to be ignored and not receive what she requested by a lady who spent the whole time talking on her phone. If you want a bad overpriced experience, stop here.
