Customer Reviews:
I came in as a walk in for a pedicure. I had a broken toe nail that I asked to have fixed with an acrylic overlay. The technician applied the acrylic powder on both my big toes… everywhere except where it was broken. Which is what I asked for her to do, to apply it where the nail had broken off. The application of the acrylic after she had applied it was extremelty uneven. The prep work for my cuticles was sloppy; she cut me and made me bleed twice. My nails were very misshaped and jagged even after she filed. She was about to apply the base coat on my nails when I told her to just stop. I told her she hadn’t done anything I asked. I told her I would just pay for the basic pedicure.
I walked up to the front, and I believe the salon owner asked me what was wrong, so I explained to her what happened. She offered to fix it, but the pedicure had lasted way longer than I anticipated to just result in my toes looking worse than when I came in. She told me if I had time to come in tomorrow and she would fix it. I’m not coming back. Not ever. I walked out to my car and just cried. I wanted to have a nice relaxing pedicure, which I hadn’t been able to treat myself in a long time. The one time I go to treat myself, I have a terrible experience. The pictures I took were of me at a different nail salon I drove to after to have fixed.
Maybe it was just the technician I had, so I can’t speak about the business as a whole, but I truly had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. The technician wasn’t mean or rude, she just didn’t do what I asked her to do, and that’s a problem when I’m paying for a service. By the time the owner intervened, I already had a bad taste in my mouth. I saw the reviews for this place wasn’t the highest, but figured I was just a walk in and maybe my experience wouldn’t be bad. I was wrong. Please go somewhere else where the people respect you and what you want.
It’s been two weeks since I went and I have been dealing with a very bad infection in my big toes for 12 days. They offered me $200 for everything I have been going through. The pain and infection has been a nightmare. Please stay away from this place.
To get a fill in real quick. The girl who greeted me gave me an attitude about not having an appointment. Which I have never had an appointment so I asked if I needed one and I was happy to come back. She said it was fine.
It’s only been 5 days and my nail polish is peeling off. I got an acrylic fill in with gel polish. Normally this would last me about 3
Weeks. While I was there someone came in for a correction because their polish was peeling and it hadn’t been a week. The girl who did it originally had an attitude about her coming in for it to be fixed and said “whatever” when she walked away.
I called to tell them that polish is peeling off already and she had an attitude and told me I HAD to come back this Monday or they wouldn’t fix it. Just bad customer service and nails cost to much to be coming off within a week.
